MVISION Activate Account email

We recently purchased some additional licenses for McAfee Endpoint protection and DLP/DE. Was told that the part numbers had changed to MVISION Licenses. 

Yesterday, I received an email to activate my MVISION Account. I click the activate link and it takes me to the MVISION log in page. It then asks for a password after entering in my email address. What exactly is the password as I was never sent one. Also, it also doesn't give me any place to reset a password etc.

Yes, You are correct.

This is ePO hosted in cloud and managed by McAfee Team.

Hello @twenden 

Thanks for your post.

I would like to request you to please open a Service Request with Support Team and provide me the SR.

We might need additional information like email id, Grant number and Tenant ID (Please do not post here).

Also have you tried entering any new password at that page. 

If no, Please try to set new password and see whether it is taking or not.

If no luck please open a SR and provide me the Service Request number.

Is the MVISION login just for cloud based services like ePO in the cloud? If so, we don't plan on doing that as we are using a on-premise ePO server.
