Issues with Mvision

Hi team,

 

i have requested a trial for the McAfee mvision cloud in order to evaluate it but for some reason i got the trial for the Mvision EPO version instead on the cloud one and as far as i understand there are some differences between the two version like logging capabilities as far as i understand.

 

can anyone let me know how i can get the mvision cloud trial account?

Thanks for your response.

I just checked internally with Mvision Cloud Team and they have suggested to check with the Sales Team so they can help you with the trial account.

HI @Former Member ,

 

i can not access the support platform because i do not have a grant number or at least i do not know where to looks for it as i am not a customer at the moment and only trying to evaluate the mvision cloud.

also i did not requested the trial thru any seller/reseller but thru the website.

 

if there is any way in which you an assist me here?
