EETech/DETech:  Can't Read USB Contents on Panasonic CF-C2

    McDuff

      Greetings

Wondering if any of you ran into a similar issue and found a solution.

Using Drive Encryption 7.1.3.604 and it's associated DETech standalone DETech Standalone USB boot disk (non-opal) https://kc.mcafee.com/resources/sites/MCAFEE/content/live/PRODUCT_DOCUMENTATION/ 24000/PD24871/en_US/de_710_detech_user_g…  on a Panasonic CF-C2 tablet.

We're able to boot from the USB disk, and this starts up DETech fine, so the boot disk is readable.  We're able to enter the code of the day, but then when we click the enable USB option and then try to authenticate by browsing for the XML decryption key, the USB appears to be unreadable, which is odd because we were able to boot from the USB.

This only appears to be happening on the Pansonic CF-C2.  We have other devices and there are no issues,

      Any suggestions?
