Also let me know what devices do you have with your True Key account besides the iPhone 7, what is the version of True Key on your mobile device, how many logins/assets do you have already registered, also would need a screenshot of the subscription status (Premium) of your phone. If you have a PC with True Key have you tried adding a login there?
