Then put in the Knowledge Base Number (in this case 613547) in the 'Ask a question' line and click 'Ask'
Thanks! It was getting frustrating, not getting to the "master list" of articles...
McAfee changed their KB. The old links don't work anymore.
You can search for old KB numbers and it will find them but all the articles have new numbers too.
McAfee changed its KnowledgeBase over a year ago because we needed enhancements that the previous software could not provide. As someone on the thread has pointed out, it is still possible to use the previous KnowlegdeBase article number to locate the original article. All imported articles had the previous article number imported into a searchable field. The old number if unique will open the article just as if you had typed in the new article number.
I do recommend though you login to the ServicePortal because you gain access to registered articles that can only be seen when you log in. This article would be easy to find using a few chosen key words.
I found it by using: ePO 4.0 "Master list"
With this string it was the first article to show up.
Feel free to contact me if you have any problems finding an article you knew it existed.
All the best.
