Seems like if I knew what the "PostInstallXP" was I could fix these other errors quickly.

Verify the extension exists and version numbers for PostInstallXP extension match in each of the following locations:

          - <ePO installation directory>\Server\Conf\Catalina\localhost

          - <ePO installation directory>\Server\Extensions\Installed

          - OrionExtensions table in the ePO database

McAfee Corporate KB - Several dependency errors display when attempting to log on to the ePO console KB70963

I have seen in other posts, similar issue, they had to remove the extension from the above three locations due to partial install/removal corruption.

            Thanks Tao.

Had to contact support. I had removed the "Guided Configuration" extension that ePO is happy to remove without any warnings even though there was a dependency on it. We reinstalled the extension from C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Installer\ePO\extensions and it fired right back up. Case closed. Shout out to Ariel in support for the assist!

Part of the problem is the XML file is called "PostInstallXP" but the extension is called GuidedConfig. Makes it very confusing for anyone trying to figure it out.
