    Accessing data or decrypting drive where Windows won't boot


      We use ePolicy orchestrator 5.1.0 Build 509

      After logging into the McAfee encryption layer on a laptop I am getting a BSOD at the same point every boot when Windows is loading.

      It appears to be an NTFS.sys file issue (Stop0x024) Safe mode does not work, neither does Last known, and there are no recovery points.


      All I need to do is pull the data and I can reimage machine. What options are there for when Windows will not boot long enough to decrypt the drive using the epolicy console?
