it's not likely anything you did.
to better understand, help me with some information, so i can try and pinpoint what might be happening:
1.) what android OS versions are the S5 and the S7 running?
2.) on your child's device, can you see if accessibility is turned on? go to android settings -> accessibility -> and verify the safe family box is checked
3.) are you seeing any app usage data in the activity feed?
4.) samsung web browser was already installed on the phone, or did you install the samsung web browser from the play store?
5.) one alternative you can try is to use the chrome browser and see if you can see your child's web traffic when browsing through the chrome browser app.
1) Both devices have android 6.0.1

5) Chrome browser web activity work correctly - on parent account I saw it
It mean software not registred web activity from samsung browser.
thanks! hopefully you can have your child use chrome for now. i'll bring this back to my dev team to see if we can figure out why it's not working with the samsung web browser. we support the native browser and chrome.
