Why are McAfee moderators stopping discussions about the lack of total internet and virus security.

I've just had it! I asked the question as to why if I'm paying for total internet and virus security that McAfee is referring everyone to third party software!? Yet it was supposedly answered and closed by a moderator who apparently doesn't know the definition of total as described in the dictionary. If a product is described as total it's about time it acted like it!
