we cant answer a question like this without any data, how bout some agent logs with the failure messages of the deployment task you setup.
please bear with me but i'm gonna ask a noobie question : where can i obtain the logs?

or it may be:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates\Common Framework
Also you may want to consider deploying Agent 4 Patch 1 (4.0.01345).
188.8.131.520 had some isses regarding leaving temp files in C:\Windows\Temp.
I will post this and if I can find the information regard the 184.108.40.2060 issues.
