Please note that McAfee Anti-theft is EOS (means there is no Support since March 2015). Getting Support through this Forum is very limited. To start with, answer the questions below
1. Are you the original owner of this device?
2. What are the changes that you made to the Hardware
I am the original owner, I can provide proof if needed.
I recently changed the screen that was broken but I didn't change anything other than that. It's not the first time it gets locked like this, it happened pretty often actually, every few weeks or so. Usually I'd unlock it using a server token but it seems like I won't be able to do that anymore since the link to the web console gives me an ''unexpected error''.
Please contact Technical Support from the below link by Chat and see if you can get assistance in unlocking the device

I tried contacting Technical Support again and after a few days they told me that they couldn't do anything for me. Is there really nothing McAfee can do about this? I need this computer for work, I'm really stuck here...
