You can Open your McAfee UI/Navigation/Quarantined Items/Expand/You should see it there.
This are the thing i found:
Thank you for your feedback. Please zip and password your detections, and you should receive an automated reply back from the labs.Associated with this should be a Analysis ID#, which after 3-4 buisness days following protocol.
Kindly post back and provide. I can then escalate your issue on your behalf to McAfee Labs. I might add also, that each one has to be submitted individually. In your case you have quite a few. You can also submit them to (VirusTotal.com) and get a analysis, and save that and submit as well.
Have you attempted to (Delete) them form your Quarantined Items?
No I did not delete anything. Should I?
And just to reconfirm I need to submit separate file for each problem I have listed above?
If the size of your files (Exceed) 10mbs each submission, simply submit each individual one to Virus Total/Save and post back the Hash Marks in a Direct Message, as I am following you, and you are following me.
Try deleting them after you get those hash values, and have either given to me, or tried to submit them.
So should i send email to lab or not?
What is Virus Total/Save, Hash Marks, Hash values? And where do i find this?
Sorry for troubling you with question....
No problem..Yes Virustotal.com is a site where you can submit each detection, and it will give you the rating/hash values for each one.
