Following your (Successful) submission you should receive a automated reply back from McAfee Labs. Which should be accompanied by a (Analysis ID#). After following protocol of allowing 3-4 buisness days to be Analyzed/Processed, if your issue has not been resolved.
Kindly provide us the Analysis ID#, and we will proceed to contact someone internally on your behalf, to escalate your case.
