If nothing untoward has occured on your system, and has not been quarantined. And the GTI Base finds anything deemed unsafe, will create a Dat for it. I will ask someone with more knowledge\expertise to add to the discussion.
vinoo Could you kindly address this user,s concerns?
All the Best,
I would like to add to my question that this is the WorkItem ID sent by McAfee: 2325948
Also, I looked for the file that seems to be infected and performed a scan with McAfee Live Safe: no virus was found.
I have asked vinoo whom is most knowledgeable in regards to GetSusp. I am confident that he can address your concerns. If the need arises, I can also submit the (Work Item ID) number you received to McAfee Labs on your behalf and escalate it.
It could very well be that it is harmless.
Given the fact that the workweek starts tomorrow, I will wait till then to proceed any further.

The file was analyzed as clean. A rescan using GetSusp will not report it.
Thank you Vinoo
As you can see by Vinoo's confirmation, that the Unknown/Suspicious file is marked 'Clean' Due to the fact this thread was not marked as a (Question), I could only mark his reply as 'Helpful'. In my opinion actually I consider it to be 'Correctly Answered'.
Glad that all is okay,
I have marked Vinoo's answer as the right one. Thank you both for such a fast and accurate help.
