I assume that you are referring to the Consumer Product? May I ask also, do you have your (Auto Renewal) settings turned on? Are you nearing your expiry date, and finally could you kindly provide us a 'Screenshot' of the actual 'Pop-Up'?

You can always turn off your (Auto Renewal Settings) to help prevent the reminders. Simply don,t overlook your expiry date, and allow your subscription to expire.
Electing to turn off this setting will not effect your protection provided by your McAfee Software. Simply contact Customer Service before your active subscription is due to expire, Of course you always can confirm such by asking Customer Service to verify
