Unable to send emails from EPO 5.3.1

    ehotes

      Hello,

The ePO can't send emails anymore. It was working fine a month ago.

I tried to send a test mail from server settings in ePO and received the following error:

The message could not be sent because of an unexpected error.

What have I done so far?

1 - Traced the SMTP server name and I recived response.

      2 - I restarted ePO processes.

      3 - Disabled antivirus (VSE).

4 - Checked the orion.log and found the following record related to the error:

2016-11-15 10:45:22,137 WARN  [http-nio-8443-exec-9] email.EmailServiceConfig  - username was null. assuming no username or password

      Any clue about this issue?

      Thanks in advance
