If you click OK and then view the policy do you see the correct policy or is the Policy Manager blank?
after clicking OK, the screen goes blank policy. I can't create a new policy.
When accessing the DLP policy console it will generate a local cached copy of the policy - do you see the same issue when accessing the DLP policy console from a different system?
Do you have a backup copy of your DLP policy (the .opg, .opgc, .opgg files)? Or a backup of your EPO server prior to the issue occurring (assuming you know when this started)?
