Did you follow the general protocol explained in this FAQ?
Also make certain you have the latest Version of Adobe Flash Player installed. McAfee uses it and Internet Explorer to display the UI. If you still experience difficulty ,you can always seek Technical Support 24/7 and at no cost. Online Chat\Phone being the most expedient.

Thank you. That helped removing it. Unfortunately, re-installing and downloading the latest Flash did not resolve the UI issue.
Unfortunately, none of the methods worked, including the workaround, even though all 3 services were registered successfully.
So now best you call support for your country and let them sort the issue out.
