Are you using the (Consumer) product, as you posted in the 'Buisness' area?
If indeed you are, it would be more appropriate for this thread to be moved to Consumer General.

I assume it's the Consumer version of the software. Can you confirm that please?
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall all McAfee products.
Run the MCPR cleanup tool and reboot.
Go to your online account and reinstall from there.
