Are you running epo 4 patch 2 on the servers and did you do the public key inport?
Pull task fails from a repository controlled by another ePO 4 server, even after importing the server's repository public key

I have used tonyb99's suggestion previously and it worked fine, you dont even have to create a distributed repository as the source for your 2nd ePO server, you can share the software directory of the first epo server and use that as the source four second.
Thanks everyone. It solved my problem.
Thanks again for your kind help and assistance.
I have the same 'Site Catalog not found' error with my Pro Pilot server, only started doing this on Monday. Shows up as the download/update failed, though everybody's systems appear to be updating ok.
Home page says last update failed -- set to run every morning at 9am. Anyone know whats causing this?? I run Pro Pilot on a 2003 server box, and its only other task is WSUS.
Generally this message means ePO or PrP cannot connect to source repository. It could be because of restrictions that are applied by a firewall or bad configuration in proxy settings. By default PrP has two repositories: NAIFTP and NAIHTTP.
Sitemgr.log shows the details of automatic update progress. This file exists in \Program Files\McAfee\ProtectionPilot\1.5.0
