    Endpoint Security on Hi-res Displays

On my new Surface Pro 4, the Endpoint Security console program's window is tiny. They text is nearly unreadable. I squint, with my nose on the screen, to use it.

There is a fix for software that is unaware that it's being presented on a hi-res display. It's worked for several programs I use. You tell Windows to use external manifest files, then you create said manifest files and drop them in the same folder as the .exe file that needs to be made aware of screen resolution. Here's an example of a web page that describes the fix:

When I try to drop a manifest file in with MFEConsole, however, I cannot, even though I have admin privileges on the machine.

      What to do?

      Thanks in anticipation,
