what happens when you take that link and open it in a browser on the epo server? if you can get to the page, then its probably a mcafee issue, if you cant then your ports are still not open.

I know you dont use a proxy, but is theat reflected in the settings?
Is the function even enabled?
I just got a reply from our networking team and the proper port wasn't enabled. This now works successfully and everything is showing up.

I had the same problem I called in and we were told to open up some ports onour firewall. We gave the information to our network team and now we get the My Advert section working.
Thats true, if you do what Mcafee tell you in the first place and open the ports you are supposed to open then it works
