Dump a screenshot of ALL office PLUGINS you have active? We did not see this behaviour with Framework 5.3 and 5.4 and ENS 10.2 at any customer.
ENS 10.2 with Hotfix
Outlook 2010 / 2016 (Office365)
Tested Clients: Win10 1607 / Win 8.1
We're using IMAP
Outlook works very slowly on win10 clients if ENS 10.2 is installed.
Uninstalling ENS 10.2 -> restart -> Installing ENS 10.1.2 solves the problem
ENS policies were the same in all cases
Win8.1 clients doesn't brought up this issue
Other Mail clients not effected (Thunderbird, Zimbra tested)

This may have something to do with it, from your System Event Log:
File System Filter 'MBAMProtector' (6.1, 2015-10-22T23:03:37.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.
It's generally a bad idea to have more than one security product running simultaneously. Have you tried running ENS without MBAM?
