You need to contact your company IT department - this is not someting you can fix on your own (unless you can get Grub to put the EEPC MBR back).
The information to recover your machine is stored in EPO - the McAfee corporate management console. Your IT team will have access to it, and can choose to help you.
Again, there's no other way to recover your data - unless you can put the MBR back, only they can help you.

Your IT department will have had training on this, and they have all the recovery documentation - and they also have access to technical support services...
My company's IT department was able to recover my data using recovery console. However, they said the laptop still needs to be formatted. It was ok with me as my data is recovered now.
