Can you please remove True Key completely from your system and reboot your system and after that reinstall it again from our website- www.truekey.com
Please let me know if you are able to login normally after that.

Didn't have True Key installed and I have the same issue.

Could you try to temporarily disable your anti-virus and launch again the installation?
I don't have IE installed.
I tried to access directly True Key Installer but nothing happens after clicking on Suivant
