Yes of course. Edit the repository settings in McAfeeAgent policies.
You can create a manuelly entry or create a distributed repository.

After I posted yesterday I went ahead and actually read some documentation, seriously who does that right?
I went ahead and configured my agents to point to another epo server in our environment as a fallback repository.
You could also set up an ePO cluster which will give you also a failover for the epo functionality.
