can you assist here please
She is the Admin this better answered by her
Ok while we wait it is the weekend maybe these will help
Choose a type that will determine whether your group can be seen by others and whether they can participate:
- With an open group, anyone can view content or participate at any time.
- In a members only group, anyone see content, but only those who've joined can participate.
- A private group is known to non-members, but only members can see content or participate. People can only become members after being invited or approved by the group's owner.
- A secret group is invisible to all but its members. People can become members only by being invited.
If you only see private and secret not open/members only definitely you need assistance from her
Thanks very much for the response! I actually looked at the article and when I look at my main sandbox home, I see all of the choices. When I created the new group I only see two, odd. If you think you were surprised your not the only one.
I have pinged the admin it is now in her court and she will respond I assume after the weekend
Employees can create and own members-only, private and secret groups (open groups are not permitted). I modified your options so you should see this choice. Please advise otherwise via this thread or corporate email.
Would you prefer that I create this under my sandbox?
