    Failed to Load product list error during ePO upgrade

      Hi Everyone,

       

      I've decided to share my recent experience. Today I was playing with my lab and I've decided to upgrade my ePO to the version 5.3.2.

      During the installation I was prompted by the compatibility "Failed to load product list"

      I've reviewed the actual compatibility checker log cpcwiz.log and I was surprised what I saw that it's unable to authenticate with the admin pass that i'm using.

      I've verified that manually by navigating to :

       

      https://localhost:8443/remote/ext.list

       

      When I typed my credential it was successful.

       

      So my first idea was okay it should be because of the special characters that I'm using in my password.

      what I did was to remove '?' from my password.

       

      Then I've re-run the setup and bang Successful
