According with screenshot, everything should be okay with schedule scan.... it's bit strange, maybe some bugs with VSE(virus scan enterprise) client
1) you should check politics on that endpoint about receiving last politics with new schedule for scan;
2) if politics was got and you can find on VSE local console your new schedule, but anyway it doesn't work, you should just re-install your VSE client.
i have some computers with not fully uninstalle VSE 8.8
agent reports simultanously installed VSE8.8 and ES 10.2
tasks to uninstall VSE fails.
on Workstation affected I find some VSE services left and not toched Virusscan directory in McAfee but no product info form VSE .
very often it coincident with ES not updating.
what i do is sc delete any VSE services, remove its files, uninstall ES 10.2 uninstall Agent - clean remains left (common files , program data - folders.
then reinstall agent (it goes to new directory McAfee\Agent instead of Common framework.
after that actions ES installs correctly
we saw several troubles when upgrading from VSE 8.8 to ENS10.1 or ENS10.2.
After updating not any settings is enforced on endpoint any more. We tested this with several different client with also different EPO Servers. Every time the same issue. Removing ENS completely and installing ENS again solves the problem.
you mean completely from ePO server fully? not only from user machine?
How many of those did you have from 1'000 clients? Was there evidence in the EPO Console or was this only seen on the CLIENT itself (As sample the task mentioned that did not run).
