If your computer had McAfee preinstalled then a copy of the computer invoice should suffice. This will enable customer service to sort out your subscription details.

Just to clarify you purchased 3 Three year subscriptions (Totally 9) for a McAfee Suite and when activated it reflects only one year. I noticed from your account email that McAfee LiveSafe is activated for 2 years from now (27-Aug-2016).
