    MOVE - Multiplatform 3.5.1\ Error in logs

      Hi Everyone,

       

      I have 2 OSS scan server which keeps getting warning threshold reached but the thing is the OSS is handling only 200 clients and i also have secondary server configured without SVA manager.

       

      I just want to understand the below logs that i got from one of the client systems running Move-AV client

       

      What are these error all about can someone help me understand please.

       

      1 ) What is Scan smartfile transfer ? does this mean transferring file to OSS server for scanning ?

      2 ) ivmc_recv failed(STATUS_TIMEOUT) with error 0xc00000b5 ??

          Hi

           

          I have the same problem.  In the mvagent.log on the impacted endpointm I see the same error message in the log repeated: ERROR: ivmc.c      :  264: Failed to Connect to ACTIVE server (5), tried 1 times error = 0xc00000b5.

            did you ever find a fix/solution to your "failed to connect to active server message"?

             

            I get the same problem,  but the issue only occurs every 28 days, a 4 weekly cycle.  Nobody currently know what the underlying cause is, all i know is that citrix vda's become unregistered and we get the above message on the impacted machines at the time of the impact.  We can only resolve the issue by the users logging off their np sessions.

             

            any feedback would be appreciated.
