so what is the actual issue?
you arent able to update the CMA versions or the VSE dat and patches to managed systems?
Well, I think the CMA don't work normally or really don't work. But the VSE works fine because on the PPilot the updates are download without problems.
so you have checked in new version of the cma to PP and you are trying to get it to upgrade on the workstations but nothing is happening?
if so what version are you using currently and what version are you trying to update to?
The agent is instaled on the stations, but on the PP the itens are red and I think this is a warning that version is wrong or is didn't work correctly.

I installed the McAfee PPilot and can't understand why the Agent, Dat and Engine aren't up-to-date. In 'About VirusScan Properties' (agent desktop) the date of 'Create on' is okay. Can I update these three manually?

Could I update the Dat version manually? Because on the server i had the PP installed this object appear in red (4.0.5355) and recently i have more than 20 cases of viruses and trojans on my company and the McAfee didn't find them.
What i gonna do?
