    SSL Session count

    shprot

      Hi,

Is there any possibility to count(apart from dashboard stats) how many new SSL sessions is passing through appliance (Proxy mode)? SSL Scanner is not enabled. The version of MWG is 7.5.2.5.0.

We need to estimate how much we should extend our environment to run SSL Scanning.

      regards,

          Hi Shprot,

You should be able to look at the active connections using the following command:

          /opt/mwg/bin/mwg-core -S connections

To count the number of HTTPS connections, you can run:

          /opt/mwg/bin/mwg-core -S connections| grep https| wc -l

I think that this would just be reflected in the Web Traffic Summary > Requests Per Protocol dashboard though.

          Best Regards,

          Jon

Thank You Jon for the answer. We are estimating a final solution with our local Intel team.
