    Attempts to scan in All Access produces the message 'Unknown error received from scanners'

      Hi

       

      I'm not that technically literate and really don't understand how computers work but what I can confirm is that my system has Mac OSX  El Capitan version 10.11.5 with McAfee All Access version 3.8.1.0. 

       

      All Access tells me that I am fully covered but when I try to do a full or custom scan, it doesn't work and I get a message which says 'unknown error received from scanners'.

       

      I have de-installed and subsequently re-installed 3 times but the problem still persists.  Any ideas why and how I can sort this issue out?
