I have raised an SR. Will update, if i get an solution for this issue.
Couple of days back we have upgraded the extensions of DLP 10 in ePO. Post up gradation, DLP client configuration policies are not getting enforced in clients.
Upgraded from what DLP version? What version DLP agent is on your client machines?
Make sure you've read the Product Guide's advice about upgrading from previous versions.
DLP has been upgraded from version 184.108.40.206.
DLP 10 has not been rolled out completely. for testing we have checked it in evaluation branch and installed in 50 machines.
post that we are facing issues in DLP policy enforcing on all the DLP versions.
did you changed both extension,package.If not install extension all so and check it
