this heavily depends upon the speed of the HDD (or SSD), the CPU and/or if the disk has a builtin hardware-based encryption (OPAL).
Sometime between a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on the speed of the system, whether it supports AES-NI, OPAL etc, and whether you use Fast Initial Encryption or not.
Is the speed important, or is your question just out of interest?

My question is that the Encryption Speed is variable in below both cases ???
1) If there is fullof Data in Hard disk.
2) And there is Empty Hard disk
The amount of data only matters if you're using fast initial encryption. Otherwise, every sector needs to be encrypted, regardless of whether it's in use or not.
