      My Mcafee tray app crashes once a week. Below is what is included in the details. has anyone else seen this. thanks

            I'm not familiar with the crash but I know McTray has experienced this symptom on occasion, sometimes it's a McTray issue (owned by McAfee Agent team) sometimes it's a product issue (a point product's DLL causing the McTray process to crash)

            It would be best to take this up with Support so the details can be figured out and the issue routed to the appropriate team. Getting a process dump of the failure would be helpful.

             

            Another due diligent thing we could do is search on that process name and c0000374 or heap corruption (which is what that error code means), perhaps something will come up...
