Could you kindly follow these Guidelines/Instructions to help resolve your issues: What To Do When McAfee Detects Software As An Infection - How to Submit To McAfee Labs & Appeal
I might add also, due to the mass volume of detections received on a 'Daily Basis'. We have a protocol to follow, meaning allowing 4-5 business days for McAfee Labs to analyze/process. If after allowing the appropriate time your issue is yet to be resolved.
Kindly post back the Analysis ID #, you should have received upon your successful submission. At this time we can contact someone from McAfee Labs , and escalate your issue.
