You can select more items with CTRL key...
Have you tried that? Really? No, you cannot select multiples on the left or folder side. I wish you could because that would solve the issue. You can only select multiples on the right or system side. Folders must be selected individually. This is why I would like t clear them out with a SQL script. However, If Intel would re-engineer ePO so you could select multiple folders and delete them, then, I would wait for the next version of ePO that allows this.
Yes, it LOOKS like you can do it. I can do that too. NOW try taking action on them. Like deleting them. only ONE folder will delete.
Please as an experiment try this
1) Create a new subfolder
2) add some folders , Folder1, Folder2, folder3
3) Select the multiple subfolders like you showed me.
4) Select delete from system Tree actions
Result = Only one folder will be removed.
OK, but, you cannot select one at the top, scroll down to the bottom and hit the shift key to select-all. So, I will still have to select 1000 folders one by one with the Ctrl key.
Yes, but you don't need select one, click actions and delete. You select the 1000 groups and only delete one time.
I would not like to be in your situation...
Have you checked the ePO API? Maybe with this tool...
