What version is your Hardware Compatibility XML file?? You can see it on Server Settings - Drive Encryption.
It is version 12.
You should update this file every time McAfee releases a new version. Yesterday was the last update, number 38. Your file is too old.
I hope it solves the issue, check it and let me know.
Important> this file is added to PBFS when you deploy the encryption software, so you need to decrypt, uninstall software and deploy again to have the last version included.
Were you able to find a permanent fix for this? We had luck with going into the BIOS and saying load defaults even though the defaults were already loaded because it's a test machine. It looks like the encryption installation overwrites the Lenovo drivers for the pre boot environment and reloading the defaults in BIOS pushes them back out to the proper location.
