Policy Catalog -> DLP -> Client Configuration Policy ->
- Operational Mode and Modules -> User Interface Service *active*
We do use actually these options:
Operational Mode (*) Device Control and content aware removable storage protection (without tag support) Device Control only Data Protection Modules
Yes, I have checked the policy and that setting is checked.
Do you use Agent 4.8 (newest build) or 5.x (newest build)?
We did not encounter that problem under Windows 10.
If Windows 10 machines are in the same ePO group as other machines and all policies are applied correctly (DLP/policy-assignment),
then I'm afraid - I don't know.
I was provided with DLP 9.4 patch 2. This corrected the problem for me.
