Version: 18.104.22.168 (NS7300) so can it be caused by software version?
because packet capturing is working properly on my second device 22.214.171.124 (NS9100)
Have a look at the below KB article, it seems to match your issue. The solution is to upgrade the sensor software, 126.96.36.199 is the latest version of 8.2.x software for the NS-Series
