I don't see anything in the API that would support that but then again, I don't think there isn't anything that you could do with the API that couldn't be done via scp.
Report options allow you to save the file locally or to a remote location via NFS/CIFS/SCP/FTP. If you save it locally, you could scp it off the ESM. It gets saved to /usr/local/ess/reports. The more preferable option would be to have the ESM copy the report to a different box where you could interact with it. Helps to maintain separation of operations.
You are correct, I could use pull via scp. However, one requirement I am trying to meet is to pull "useful" data through the API.
If pulling the report through the API is not an option is there a way to reverse engineer the report to use as a query?
