Moved to ePO for faster handling
Why just not have the single ePO server which will pull the updates etc as you require and then to serve the clients in a DMZ / secure zone use an agent handler. There is no need to have 2 separate ePO servers which would require there own SQL instance .
I agree with schmiewliski, it would be better for you to configure an Agent Handler in your Secure Zone / DMZ. We have done this to support our devices in the DMZ and clients off LAN connected via Public Access WiFi.
You can use the following White Paper (yes it refers to 4.5 but the technical details are still relevant) https://kc.mcafee.com/resources/sites/MCAFEE/content/live/PRODUCT_DOCUMENTATION/ 22000/PD22508/en_US/ePO_4.5_Agent_Hander…

We have a project where we require to migrate ePO server to new cloud environment, so that will have new server hostname(DNS entry ) as well as new IP .
How will I migrate the existing set up to new environment(Is there any KB document for the same). Will I have to install a new ePO version or the existing set up backup will run on the fresh server.
PS: we are running ePO 4.6 patch 8.
