If this is the info from the front page of EPO 3.6.1 then the current in repos is what you need to look for, ignore the latest available (this is usually what was checked in when you setup EPO)
For instance my perfectly good 3.6.1 install shows the 4400 engine and dat 4796 as the latest available as these were what was checked in when I first installed this instance of EPO.
I am using epo 4.0 does it make any difference?
Unless you are getting Myavert data from the internet then it doesnt populate that field with the latest data.
I didnt bother to get a rule in place to allow this access through our firewalls for epo 4.0 so mine have nothing in this field at all.
Still doesnt mean anything and is nothing to worrry about (when was the last time anyone got usefull data from the myavert links).
If you really want to bother troubleshooting myavert then this article for 3.6 also has lots of good info about why it will be blocked and how to unlblock it thats relevant for 4.0 https://knowledge.mcafee.com/SupportSite/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&exte rnalId=612279&sliceId=SAL_Public&dialogID=27910283&stateId=1 0 27908200 0 27908200
