As long as you are up to date you should be OK.

alexandershad It's quite possible that the Virustotal McAfee Anti Virus is set to ultra-conservative settings which are not seen on Mcafee Internet Security installed on computer. If you still think the file is infected and would like a Extra DAT/ report missed detection, please submit the sample to McAfee Labs as suggested by @Ex_Brit using the link in the post above.
Excellent suggestion but don't forget Consumer/Home Products no longer use DAT's.
So if the labs do send you an 'Extra DAT', there's nothing you can do with it, just wait for the next engine update, usually within 24 hours.
