SaaS End Point 5.2.0 is long EOL. I'm not sure if you still have access to the security center to download the "Cleanup Tool Utility".

Because I was given a refund on my renewal of Saas I no longer have any licenses and so cannot load this software.
It also makes phoning technical support difficult!
I did this and after rebooting Mcaffee was still running and all folders were intact.
