          Hello tonyssbear,

Have you been able to solve this? If not, could you please share the uninstall logs available @ the default log location: %temp%\McAfeeLogs or C:\Windows\Temp\McAfeeLogs

          Regards,

          Ramya

              Hi tonyssbear,

Have you had a chance to look at it in both C:\Windows\Temp\McAfeeLogs and %temp%\McAfeeLogs(any of the User temp location)?

In case you still dont find it, can you share the McScript logs from %ProgramData%\McAfee\Agent\logs?

              Regards,

              Ramya

                  Hello Tonyssber,

The issue is that password seems to have been missing in the switch. I will check on why it has happened like this only on 64 bit systems.

I request you to use the default password "mcafee" to uninstall it. Could you try using this in the Command Line area in the uninstall task, /PASSWORD=mcafee, or you could try it from the Add Remove program and provide "mcafee" while the UI asks for it.

                  Regards,

                  Ramya
