    Creating new Service Portal accounts




      We've had some turnover.  I need to revoke access for some former employees, and grant support access for some new ones.  I can't find a way to do this that doesn't involve picking up the phone.  Is there a way to manage our portal users ourselves?  Is it possibly because I don't have the necessary rights to do so?  If that's the case, how do I go about making the request to get those rights for myself?
