I have one user that keeps getting a HIPS popup for Illegal Execution of WinWord.exe. It has to do with a MS Office Add in from Bloomberg. Any thoughts? I don't want to create an exception, because that leaves Word vulnerable.

You can create an exclusion specific to the add-in rather than winword.exe. HIPS allows for much more robust exclusion criteria than VSE. Have you tried doing that?
